Stepping Stones, will NEVER rent, sell, or trade your email address or any other information provided to us. Your information will be kept confidential in the highest manner possible.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
The client must provide a valid method of payment (credit card or other arranged payment method) for the purchase of products and services from Stepping Stones. Payment plans are offered and the recurring payments are automatically charged through Stepping Stones’s online shopping cart every thirty (30) days until the payment agreement is completed. Payment plans are considered in default if the payment is not received within three (3) days of the recurring payment due date. Any billing problems or discrepancies must be brought to Stepping Stones’s attention within thirty (30) days from the billing date. If you do not bring them to Stepping Stones’s attention within thirty (30) days, you agree that you waive your right to dispute such problems or discrepancies with Stepping Stones. Stepping Stones may terminate your account for violation of these terms or for any reason, at our sole discretion.
Change of Terms and Conditions:
Stepping Stones reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this agreement as needed. If you do not agree to the new terms and conditions, you may terminate this agreement in accordance with our cancellation policy. For changes in subscription rates, we will always give thirty (30) days notice prior to changing rates.
Notification of Account Changes:
You agree to notify us if your address, email address, telephone number or billing information changes.
Any client purchasing products or services from Stepping Stones will have their credit cards charged the full amount (or the agreed to payment plan) upon agreement. 1. For cancellations requested within ninety (90) days of the billing date, your credit card will be refunded 100% of the fee charged for the purchase, assuming all products (including bonuses) are returned in good condition, and services are completely cancelled. The refund will be processed upon receipt of the products, if applicable. Refunds will not include shipping charges incurred to return the product(s). 2. Any clients requesting cancellations after ninety (90) days, please contact our office at 1-805-433-5601 to discuss the matter.
You may cancel your email subscriptions at any time. Email sent from Stepping Stones provides a link to unsubscribe at the bottom. You may also contact us at our office at 1-317-440-5655. When leaving a message, please clearly state and spell the email address you would like to unsubscribe, as well as your name and a number where you can be reached should any questions arise.
